Terms of Service

Photo & Media Delivery
Photos and other media will be professionally processed and delivered via email by the end of the next business day. For example, properties photographed on Monday will be delivered by the end of business on Tuesday. Appointments scheduled for Friday/Saturday/Sunday will be delivered by the end of business on Monday. Video packages will be completed and delivered within two business days.

Cancellations & Property Access
Clients are responsible for providing accurate property address and access information prior to the appointment. If a lockbox is being used, please ensure that the correct keys are inside and that the lockbox is accessible to the photographer upon arrival. A $75 cancellation fee will apply if the photographer arrives at the property and is unable to complete the scheduled appointment for any reason. This fee also applies to cancellations made after 4:00 PM on the day prior to the scheduled appointment.

Property Preparation
Properties should be fully cleaned, decluttered, and prepared for photography prior to the photographer's arrival. The photographer may make minor adjustments or move a limited number of small items to improve composition. However, photographers will not clean the property or move large, heavy, or valuable items.

All photography will be conducted based on the condition of the property at the time of the appointment. Alcove Media Company is not responsible for items, conditions, or areas that have not been properly prepared prior to the scheduled shoot.

Weather & Exterior Reshoots
In the event of inclement weather, clients may request to reschedule their appointment. If the appointment is not canceled or rescheduled, the property will be photographed as scheduled and in the existing weather conditions.

If a client requests an exterior reshoot after the original appointment due to weather conditions, an additional fee may apply.

Ownership & Usage Rights
Alcove Media Company retains sole and exclusive ownership of all photographs, videos, and other digital media created or produced in connection with its services.

Upon payment for the services provided, the client is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the delivered media solely for the purpose of marketing and promoting the property, the client's listings, and/or the client's real estate business or brokerage.

Any use of the media for purposes unrelated to the marketing or sale of the property requires the express written permission of Alcove Media Company and may be subject to additional licensing fees, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
