Terms of Service:

Photos and other media will be processed and emailed to client the next business day. For example, if your property photos were taken on a Monday, you will receive the photos by the end of business on Tuesday. If you request a shoot on Friday or Saturday, the Photos will be edited and emailed by end of business on Monday. Any video packages will be completed within two business days.

If the photographer arrives to a property and cannot take photos for any reason there will be a $50 travel charge. The fee will also apply if you cancel the appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Please make sure that you have provided us with the correct address and access info. If there is a lockbox, please make sure the keys are in the lockbox and that they are the correct keys for the house. 

Please make sure the house is clean and ready for photos. The photographer may move a few small items but will not clean or move large or heavy items. The house will be photographed as is. 

In the case of inclement weather we can reschedule your appointment. If you do not cancel, the property will be photographed as is. If you would like us to return and reshoot the exterior of a property due to inclement weather there will be an additional charge.

You agree that Alcove Media Company is the sole and exclusive owner of photos, videos, and any other digital media produced or developed by Alcove Media Company. In exchange for payment to Alcove Media Company for the services provided you are granted limited non-transferable right to use the digital media in connection with marketing and promoting the Property, your listings, or your real estate business or brokerage. Photos used for any purpose not directly related to the sale of the Property must be with the express permission of Alcove Media Company and the payment of additional fees, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
